BMS Installed but Connectors will not Open

Symptom

After installing BMS, attempting to launch any of the Connectors fails, and all that is seen is a "Loading" dialogue.

Cause

The "Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5" pre-requisite is not installed on the system.

Resolution

  1. Using Windows Task Manager, close the BMS Launchpad.
  2. Download and install the "Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5" using the following link:
