I can’t see the Ribbon Bar menu:

Symptom

I can’t see the Ribbon Bar menu at the top of BMS.

Resolution

This is due to your appearance and text settings on your machine.

  1. Go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display.
  2. Click Make text and other items larger or smaller.
  3. Choose the “Smaller – 100%(Default)” option.
  4. Click Apply.

  5. Log off and log back into your machine.

    6. The menu should be back now.
