System Requirements

To use the Broadsign Ayuda product suite, your company will need to have the product deployed, and your data integrated. Roles and accounts for individual users will need to be created. Users will also need connections to the internet and web browsers.

Browsers Supported

Broadsign Ayuda supports the currently supported desktop versions of the Google Chrome for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS. This does not include interim development and beta releases. Mobile device browsers are not officially supported. Chrome updates continually and users to not need to worry about having a minimum version.

Resolution

Your desktop monitor's resolution should be at least 1280x1024 pixels wide.

Refresh System Data

Clears the browser cache for Splash. However, if the browser is caching a process underway, or there are other tabs with processes underway, it may be best close all tabs with Broadsign Ayuda in them as well.
