Filter Content

You can filter content based on the following:

  • Status (all status, unapproved, approved, or rejected)
  • Order (name, type, or date)

You can use one or the other filter, or combine them if you have the proper permission.

You can filter content by their status. Available options are all status, unapproved, approved, or rejected.

To filter content by status:

  1. On the Your Library page, click the status menu on the far right of the window.

    2. Filter content by status

    Only the content with the selected status is displayed.

You can sort your content as follows:

  • By content name (A-Z or Z-A)
  • By having folders listed first or listed last
  • By the content date (latest or oldest)

To sort your content by order:

  1. On the Your Library page, click the order menu on the far right of the window.

    2. Filter content by order

    The content is sorted according to the choice that you have selected.
