Searching for Digital Avails

Sales users will find searching for digital avails in Juice a critical skill to master. It differs slightly from searching for static avails but ultimately is still about finding out about face availability.

To search for digital avails:

  1. Log into Juice and click Sales.
  2. Choose your initial sub section within the Sales tab:
    • Digital Pack Avails – search groups of static locations.
    • Digital Avails – search individual locations. This presents more options in the Filter Search, below.

This presents the Filter Search screen. Filter searches are the most effective way of searching, particularly if you have lots of results. Juice and Splash filter searches work the same way. Once you are three clicks deep, you are usually at the records editor level.

  3. Enter a start date using the date field.
  4. Choose a Duration in weeks or months. End dates auto-calculate by default.
  5. To improve your results, choose a filter from the drop down menu. Examples include location, size, illumination, etc.

  6. Choose at least one Availability filter.
    • Partially available means include inventory that has at least some availability during your date range.
    • Maybe available means include inventory that has been mentioned in current proposals.
Choose segment type: national or local.
  7. Click Search.
  8. The screen will present available inventory in green.

  9. To add available and maybe available inventory to your proposal, select the check box next to line items, then click select Add to Cart.
  10. The cart number updates with the number of selected faces or packs. Click the total to see the list of selection. (This is useful if you have made multiple searches and additions.)

  11. To add the selections to the campaign from the cart, click the Ellipses (...) button.
  12. Click Add Digital Faces to Booking line.
