Broadsign Air Limitations
Broadsign Air has the following limitations:
- The following are not available in Broadsign Air:
- Application ad copy
- Broadsign Creator ad copy
- External ad copy sources and tickers
- Events
- Dynamic Pacing
- Broadsign Air does not support Conditional Campaigns using Grouping criteria.
- Broadsign Air does not support External Saturation.
- The Broadsign Air generate v2 and generate_long endpoints do not support playlists with items that are expected to play across a day part change if the frame layout is different in each day part.
- The Broadsign Air generate_long endpoint does not support cross-player sync.
- Bundles that have "no max duration" and "override slot duration" enabled are removed from the playlist.
- Opening hours are not fully supported. The playlist generated by Broadsign Air will not contain items outside of the opening hours, but the opening and closing times are not yet available.
- The Media Compatibility Report does not work for Broadsign Air players.
