• [CORE-26813] Fixed a case where replacement items for Broadsign Reach and Broadsign Publish content were not always cycling through campaigns of equal priority. They are now chosen randomly from that priority level.
• [CORE-26648] Broadsign Reach preemptibles can no longer be used to replace Broadsign Reach or Broadsign Publish content. This fixes a case where sometimes Broadsign Reach slots would be skipped instead of replaced.
