Static Campaigns

BMS is a powerful Windows program that consolidates the features and capabilities of both Operations and Campaigns. This means it can handle tasks related to managing static out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including site availability, design uploads, change requests, work order preparation, and more

BMS goes beyond the functionalities of Operations and Campaigns by providing specialized administrative tools. These tools are designed for users who need to perform tasks related to system administration, configurations, and settings that are not typically part of daily campaign management.

BMS is not intended for all users within an organization. Most users, such as chartists and sales team members, do not require access to its administrative tools. As such, user access to BMS should be restricted to individuals who have specific administrative responsibilities or tasks that necessitate access to these advanced features.

While BMS is primarily a Windows program, Mac OS users can also use its full range of capabilities. However, Mac users need to run BMS within virtual machines running Windows on their Macintosh computers. This allows Mac users to access and utilize BMS effectively.

Follow this procedure to install BMS.

To install BMS:

Static Campaigns

  1. Go to the website of the instance you were provided, ensuring that you type in “/bms” at the end to send you to the installation of BMS page.

    2. For example, if your instance is: https://poptest.ayudalabs.com, then type this URL: https://poptest.ayudalabs.com/bms/.

  2. Sign in with your given credentials.

    3. Sign in

  3. Click Click here to install BMS.

    4. Install BMS

    This downloads an application executable file.

  4. Run the installation application that is downloaded.

  5. At the Windows Security popup, click More info, then Run anyway.

  6. Sign in with your given credentials.

    7. Sign in

    BMS starts initializing.

    Once the initialization is complete, BMS opens.

    BMS is located in your Windows launch pad for easy access.

    If you ever have any issues, run the BMS Maintenance:

    1. Right-click the BMS icon.
    2. Click Run BMS Maintenance.

      3. Run BMS Maintenance

Now that BMS is installed, you can launch it.

To access BMS:

  1. Launch BMS and sign in.

    2. Login

    This presents the BMS main screen.

    BMS has two packages.

Proof of Performance Package

The Proof of Performance package offers a rich and interactive online POP Web Site for your campaigns.

Static Proof of Performance (POP) is available in the following three BMS connectors:

Connector Description

POP Upload Connector

The BMS POP Upload Connector lets you associate and upload proof of performance photos for individual faces or for a campaign segment. This is the starting point for enabling Proof of Performance.

POP Management Connector

The BMS POP Management Connector lets you manage your Proof of Performance website. This includes reviewing and approving photos, uploading invoices, and publishing campaigns online.

POP Website

Once published, the online POP Website includes posting photos, invoices, location information, posting versus scheduled dates, and override dates. You can also download a Zip folder containing all photos and download a completion report.

Administration Package

The Administration package lets you manage and maintain all the underlying system data that keeps the company running smoothly and efficiently.

Administration tasks are available in the following two BMS connectors:

Connector Description

System Administration Connector

The BMS System Administrator Connector lets you set up the necessary information to properly run the BMS system.

Finance Administration Connector

The BMS Finance Administration Connector lets you create taxes and tax schedules.
