There is no point of voiding a segment when the campaign is still in proposal as no assets have been sold. When campaigns are underway, if the designs have not been posted, there is no impact (barring any additional revenues or fees) to deleting or voiding segments.
Voiding a Segment is the segment equivalent to cancelling a campaign. Meaning, if a Face has already been posted in a Segment, the user cannot delete the Segment, only void it.
Similar to cancelled campaigns, it is not possible to edit voided segments.
Note: Once something has been voided, it cannot be un-voided.
Voiding Within Campaigns
Chartists can void single faces within segments. This allows them to rebook those faces in other campaigns.
