The following prerequisites must be met before assigning a bill poster:
- The necessary users must be added to the system with the appropriate roles.
- A team must be created and associated with these users.
- The relevant asset must be configured and sold within the campaign.
It is possible to assign bill posters, plants, materials and posting days to Faces.
To assign bill posters, plants, materials and posting days to Faces:
Static Operations
- Access Operations in the top-left menu, click the Assets tab, and then the Faces tile.
- Use it to narrow search results to the required sites.
- Click Search. The search results are presented. Click the Face Number in the row that must have an assigned bill poster.
- This opens the site record's Basic Info screen. Select the Operations tab in the left navigation bar.
- Click the
icon to make the record editable. - Click Save Changes.
This presents the filter search window.
The Associated To column refers to the site containing the face.
Bill Poster, posting and order plants, materials, specific posting days can all be configured for the face.
You can configure Bill posters for Sites that contain the Faces. When there is a Site assignment to one bill poster and a Face assignment to another, the last edit wins. See Assign Bill Posters to Sites Automatically.
