Export a List of Users

Network Operators can export a list of all the active users in a domain from the Admin dashboard. This list can be used, for instance, if you want to communicate a message to all of them.

Note: Only users assigned the Network Operator role can export a list of users. For more information, see Level of Access.

You can access the Domain Dashboard by clicking the Publish Admin link in any of the Broadsign Publish pages:

Network Administrators can export a list of active users in their domain.

To export a list of users:

  1. Using the admin login, go to the Dashboard.

    2. Publish Admin Dashboard

  2. Under Accounts, click Domains. The Select Domain to change page is displayed.

    3. Export Users

  3. Click the Export Users button next to your domain name.

    4. It is also possible to click your domain to open the Change Domain page. An Export Users button is available.

    Export Users from Domain

    Your system downloads a .csv file with the list of users in your domain.

    The file name is in this format: publish_active_user_list_[year]-[month]-[day].csv. For example: publish_active_user_list_2021-03-25.csv.
