Filter by Users or Groups

You can filter messages and emergency messages based on users or user groups.

Note: Only users with the Network Operator permission can filter messages and emergency messages based on users or user groups. If you need this permission, contact your domain administrator. For more information, see Level of Access.

To filter messages by users or groups:

  1. On the Your Messages page, click the Filter by user menu on the far right of the window.

    2. Select users/user groups list

    You can select more than one user or user group by clicking them one after the other. Only the messages owned by the selected users or user groups are displayed.

To filter emergency messages by users or groups:

  1. On the Your Emergencies page, click the Filter by user menu on the far right of the window.

    2. Select users/user groups list

    You can select more than one user or user group by clicking them one after the other. Only the messages owned by the selected users or user groups are displayed.
