You can remove a specific message from a screen so that this message is no longer played.
Note: The message itself is still available in the Your Messages page. It is only removed from the selected screen.
To remove a message from a screen:
- On the Your Screens page, click the screen name from which you want to remove a message.
- Search for a specific message from the list of messages currently playing on the screen.
- View the messages that are currently playing on the screen.
- Edit the current message. For more details, see Message Creation Tutorial.
- Filter messages by users (available to users with Network Operator permission).
- Remove a message from this screen.
- Click the
icon on the far right of the message to remove. - In the window that is displayed, click Remove from this screen.
- When finished click Done.
