An asset collection is a zip file provided by your admin that contains multiple images. You can use this file to create and schedule one message with multiple images to announce, for instance, a Summer's collection or a Christmas collection.
When creating or editing a message (see Message Creation Tutorial), you can select an asset collection. This message will display several images. This will ease the deployment of your collection, instead of creating and scheduling one message for each of your images.
Asset collections contain several images that can be played in one single message, with the following behavior:
- Each image in the collection has the same screen targeting.
- Each image in the collection has the same schedule on all screens.
- Deleting the message will delete it from the playlist of all targeted screens.
To create a message from an asset collection, access the Your Messages page, then click Create a new message.
Creating a message from an asset collection follows the same process as creating a message from an image or a video, except that you select an asset collection in the Content page. Asset collections have a .zip extension.
