Change a User's Password

To reset a Broadsign Ayuda' user's password:

  1. Log in to Broadsign Ayuda Admin.
  2. Click Workforce.
  3. To locate an existing user, enter all or a portion of the user's name in the search field and click Search.
  4. Leave the name field blank and click Search to show all users in your deployment.
  5. Locate the needed user in the search results.
  6. Click the user entry.
  7. This opens the user record on the Basic Info screen.

  8. Click the Reset Password button.
  9. This presents the Reset User Password dialogue box.

  10. Enter a New Password and confirm it by entering it a second time. Click OK.
