The leader player now sends its last check-in timestamp with the heartbeat signal. A new setting has been added in the Player Configuration Model called 'Master player offline threshold'.* When a value is set in there other than zero, the followers compare the last check-in timestamp of the leader with the threshold. If it the leader has been offline too long, the followers relaunch an election.
