Tips to improve your search results

Always double-check your spelling.
If you are looking for exact words, put them in quotes. For example, "book campaign". Doing this also helps to ignore boolean operators, such as AND, OR, NEAR, NOT, and ( ).
Search is based on keywords. For example, "campaigns". Do not search with natural language. For example, "How do I create a campaign?".
If you are looking for specific releases, you can search for a version (for example, 15.8.10), or a ticket number (for example, CORE-25283).
Use the filter button in the search bar to narrow down your results to a particular area.

Version 14.0.0 - 24 March 2021

New

[CORE-17415] Emergency Messages can now be activated/deactivated atomically — that is, all displaying the same emergency message the same time — across a synchronized group of screens and sent through an Edge Server.

Improved

[CORE-15868] A player can now try to acquire content by rotating between multiple edge servers. Previously, a player attached to the edge server with the lowest ID.

Known Issues

[CORE-19841] Content download may not resume gracefully when interrupted by a power outage.
[CORE-19564] Some Edge Server upgrades from 13.1.x to 13.3.x may fail.
