The General Section

This page provides details about the General section of player configuration profiles.

Note: This section is one of several under Configuration Profile Properties for players. For general information, see Configuration Profiles - Players. For edge server profiles, see Configuration Profiles - Edge Servers.

The General tab specifies the name of the configuration profile and contains an Active check box. Should you wish to disable the configuration profile, deselect this box.

The Versions tab displays the minimum and maximum client software versions to which the configuration profile can be applied.
