Face Availability

When selecting faces to book a campaign (see Create a Static Line Item), face availability is crucial information to have.

The key pieces of face availability are:

Item Description
Goal Achievability

The Goal chip, on the right, indicates the percentage of your goal that can be achieved according to the flight information, targeting, and faces selected.

Availability Column

Within the limits of the flight duration details you entered, the Availability column indicates the state of availability for campaign creation.

Occupancy Column

The Occupancy column indicates the percentage of time that the face is occupied for the flight duration you set. If you click the percentage value, you are brought to the Fill Rate Details table, which lists the line items associated with the face.

Goal Achievability Chip

The Goal chip, on the right, indicates the percentage of your goal that can be achieved according to the flight information, targeting, and faces selected.

Goal Color Description

Green – The face selection allows you to achieve 100% or more of your goal. To meet the 100% goal, all selected faces must be available for the entire line item's duration.
Amber – The face selection allows you to partially achieve your goal (between 0.1% and 99.99%).
Red – The face selection does not allow you to achieve your goal (0%).

Availability Column

Within the limits of the flight duration details you entered, the Availability column indicates the state of availability for campaign creation:

  • Available (Green): The face is fully available to book.

  • Partial (Blue): The face is partially available to book.

  • Unavailable (Amber): The face is unavailable to book.

Understanding the occupancy is essential for making informed decisions when booking advertising campaigns, as it provides insights into how efficiently the face's advertising space is being used for the specified time period.

The Occupancy column indicates the percentage of time that the face is occupied for the flight duration you set. If you click the percentage value, you are brought to the Fill Rate Details table, which lists the line items associated with the face.

For example, if occupancy is 25%, this means the face is currently booked for a quarter of the line item duration, such as 1 week out of a 4-week line item.

Fill Rate
