Create a Static Line Item
This page details Step 4 – Create a Line Item of the new campaign creation process.
Note: The Guaranteed Campaigns module is available to users with the Admin, Direct Sales Admin, Direct Sales Manager, Direct Sales Coordinator, or Direct Sales role.
To create a static line item:
Guaranteed Campaigns
Creating a static line item in the Campaign Builder involves the following steps:
Your Admin must add your static inventory that includes the location of all of the faces in your network. Static inventory will show only after it is imported.
For more information, refer to Set Up Static Inventory.
Add content to your campaign by creating one or more line item.
Line items are created and managed in the Select Inventory section of the Campaign Builder.
To create a static line item, select individual faces by selecting either one of the following options:
- Select Faces Manually – The selected faces are displayed in list form on the builder, each row representing a line item.
-
Note: The Select Faces Manually button is displayed only once static inventory is uploaded. For more details, see Set Up Static Inventory.
- Select Packages – A package is a ready-to-sell bundle of screens. You can select packages that contain static faces. The selected packages are displayed in list form on the builder, each row representing a line item.
The Static Line Item page is displayed.
Set the information when you want your line item to be available.
To set the Flight and Saturation information:
- Set the date range to calculate the screen availability in the Flight field. Click the dates to open the calendar dialogue box.
- Set the saturation of your faces selection.
You can have multiple slots per “loop” for a static face. In the case of a scroller on a bus shelter that alternates between two ads, for instance, you would have a loop with 2 slots. A saturation of 2 would mean booking the 2 slots.
The Static Line Item page offers different filtering options to filter your inventory:
Section | Description |
---|---|
Enter part (or all) of a face name. Press Enter or click away from the box to apply the filter. | |
Use the Upload link to access a window where you will be able to use a list of faces as a filter. Check the Filter imported list option to apply the filter. For more information, see Upload a Faces List. | |
Type or select a criterion. For more information, see Search Static Faces by Criteria. | |
Upload a .csv file containing points of interest (for example, landmarks, well-known buildings, etc.). For more information, see Upload Points of Interest. | |
Enter part (or all) of an address, and then select one from the list that appears. If the address applies to more than one face, they will appear as one option (for example, “United States”). | |
Click the Format box to reveal the list of available formats (for example, billboard, poster, scroller). | |
Select Hide unavailable screens to immediately narrow your face list to only those that are available. Note: This feature works within the date range you set in the Flight Duration selector. See Step 2 – Set the Flight and Saturation Information. |
|
Select Hide screens not yet deployed to immediately narrow your face list to only those that you have deployed. For example, with this filter you could hide faces that are still under construction. |
You can use one or more of these options at the same time.
Select the faces that you want from the faces inventory list.
You have the choice to view the faces inventory in either:
- List View – The face inventory in list view displays a list of all faces on your network. See Your Static Inventory - List View.
- Map View – The face inventory in map view displays the locations of your faces on a map. See Your Static Inventory - Map View.
When everything is ready, you can select an action to perform with the current filters and face selection.
