The Face List section of the Create Static Line Item page displays a list of all faces on your network. You can narrow down the list when creating a static line item).

Select which columns to display in the Face List table, and the order in which they are displayed.
You can use the Face Availability menu to filter your faces list according to their status in the Availability column.

Automatic Selection of Inventory
Guaranteed Campaigns
The Automatic Selection feature allows you to sell inventory based on a specified quantity of targeted inventory. It is used to spread out the selection on the most available inventory.
Enter the number of faces to auto select in the Faces Selected field. The results are ordered as follows:
- Most available
- Lowest occupancy prior to the selection
- Face ID
If you enter a new quantity, it replaces the current selection by the new one.
If you have quantity-driven business models, you can select inventory in bulk, without having to figure out which piece of inventory is most available. You can identify the network or other criteria required for your sale as well as the targeted quantity to book. For instance, you could use Automatic Selection in transit inventory, where it does not matter which specific buses or trains are booked, as long as they are part of a specific network. What matters is to spread out bookings network-wide as much as possible to allow for yield maximization.
The Automatic Selection feature allows you to select a number of faces out of the total inventory that you have. You can thus select the most available inventory that matches the criteria applied for the search.
Being able to know how many faces the selected products include is valuable as well, even though they do not aim to cherry-pick faces individually.
Even if you use automatic selection, you can still manually select or deselect faces. You can also use Filters to narrow down the list of available faces from which to auto-select.
Creating a campaign through automatic selection of inventory adds the automatically selected inventory to a Line Item.
