The system automatically generates work orders for posting tasks. To remove a posting from a face, you can delete the associated pin. This action will automatically cancel the corresponding work order.
- You can only delete work orders related to incomplete activities. These activities include:
- Reposting
- Maintenance
- Take down
- Filler posting
- Cover poster activities
- You cannot delete work orders associated with completed events. Once an event is completed, its data becomes part of the historical record and is no longer modifiable.
To delete work orders:
Static Operations
- Locate Work Orders.
- If an error was made and an incorrect repost or other order was created, select its check box in the work order list.
- Click the
button. A confirmation dialogue box will appear. To delete the work order, click Yes.
