You can create an emergency message with the Message wizard so that it can be disseminated quickly. For more information, see Message Creation Tutorial.
Tip: To display a video in an emergency message, you must package the video within an HTML template ZIP file. For more information, see What is a Template?.
Note: Only users with the Can prepare an emergency message permission can create an emergency message. If you need this permission, contact your domain administrator. For more information, see Users and Groups Permissions.
The only difference with a regular message is that you will not be able to publish the emergency message right away. It can only be saved for later publishing when it is activated. For more information, see Activate an Emergency Message.
