The system will prevent users from making pricing errors.
Each face has a rate card associated with it. When creating a proposal, the cumulative value of the sites included is added up. The amount can be edited. If the value entered is below the rate card calculation:
- The system will not allow sales users to send the proposal.
- The system will not allow most users to convert the proposal to a contracted campaign. Only managers can do this.
- If a face has no rate card assigned, making its value zero, a warning is presented.
