Riding Designs from Other Campaigns

These function exactly the same way as rides between segments.

It has the same logical requirements as other rides.

  • The media must be static.
  • The design must be the same.
  • To be posted on exactly the same faces as the initial Booking.
  • The periods are consecutive.

The only difference is that when riding from consecutive campaigns there is an additional restriction that the campaigns must be from the same advertiser. Just as when riding from a later segment or booking to a previous one the earlier campaign must be configured first so that the later campaign can link to it.

To ride designs from other campaigns:

  1. Create the campaign, segments and bookings normally.
  2. From within the campaign record, select the Designs tab from the navigation bar on the left.

  3. When adding designs, choose Select Existing Design from the add advertising content dialogue box.

  4. Link to the design (or designs) used for the earlier campaign. Enable the check boxes for the designs to be linked.
  5. Click the button.
  6. Select Ride Designs from Other Campaigns from the drop down menu that appears.
