Domain Quota
This page describes how Broadsign allocates disk space for each domain, and how you can manage this disk space via Broadsign Control Administrator.
Broadsign Server disk space used by a particular domain will increase each time a new piece of content is ingested through Broadsign Control Administrator.
Once the amount of used Broadsign Server disk space reaches the quota set for the domain, you will be unable to upload any more ad copies until you make room. To make room, you will need to deactivate ad copies.
Network operators can obtain domain quota information in the Domain Quota Report.
To work out the current quota usage, generate the Domain Quota Report.

Broadsign Server regularly archives your deactivated ad copies in the order listed in the domain quota report. This archival process does not impact the domain quota itself, as Broadsign bases the quota solely on active ad copies.
