View the Details of a Proposal

Audience Campaigns

Clicking the name of a campaign in the Proposed status will take you to the proposal view. This view provides a detailed overview of the proposed campaign, including estimated costs for planning, creation, development, and execution.

Note: The Audience Campaigns module is available to users with the Audience Campaign Planner and Audience Campaign Scheduler role. See User Permissions for more information.

View Campaign Information

See a high-level overview of how much it will cost to plan, create, develop and execute your campaign. This allows you to confirm the target audience, inventory selection, budget, and scheduling details.

Campaign Information

  • The Info tab displays the general settings chosen for that line order.
  • The Screens tab displays which screens were selected to be bid on.
  • The Specs tab displays the specifications about the creatives that are supported.

Share the Proposal

Audience Campaigns

Click the Share button to provide external stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of your campaign plan, including projected costs for planning, creation, development, and execution. No Broadsign login is required for them to view the proposal.

Convert the Proposal to a Campaign

Audience Campaigns

If the proposal has been approved, click the Convert to Campaign button. You will then be able to add the creatives for that campaign.

Perform other Actions on the Proposal

Click the Actions button button to perform the following actions:

Proposal Actions

  • Edit – Change the campaign's name and advertiser used.
  • Duplicate – Create an exact clone of your campaign. Cloning a campaign is used to expedite campaign creation by creating a new campaign with all the settings and parameters of an existing one.
  • Archive – Archive the proposal.

Add a Line Order

Click the Add Line Order button at the bottom of the page. A proposal can also be a tool to save your progress as you build your campaign by line order. You are brought to the campaign creation wizard and you can follow the same steps as described in Create an Audience Campaign.

Perform other Actions on the Line Order

Click the Actions button button to perform the following actions:

Line Order Actions

  • Edit – Brings you to the campaign creation wizard, where you will be able to change any of the line order's settings before converting it to a campaign. You can still make changes to the line orders and campaigns once it started. See Create an Audience Campaign.
  • Duplicate – Create an exact clone of the current line order.
  • Remove – Remove the current line order from the campaign.
