By default, when no content has been scheduled to the Splash Player, it displays the default.png file which is set by default as a black image. This image is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ayuda Media Systems\Splash Player\local\Default.png.
Normally, this is a black image, but it can be changed from the Splash UI by going to either the specific player or the player configuration.
The option to be considered is creating a fallback bundle. Once the fallback bundle is set and the player checks in, it will replace the black image with content from that bundle.
