Editing Booking Lines Loop and Saturation Settings

Most Booking Line information can be edited after creation. The exceptions are the spot length and saturation information. Everything else about the booking line can continue to be edited but not these.

Changing the spot length or the saturation can only be done by creating a new booking line and replacing the one that needs these settings altered.
