Taking Down Uses of a Design

  1. Within Splash select Scheduling then click the Campaigns tile.
  2. This presents a search filter for locating campaigns.

  3. Use the filters to search for the static campaign that requires a scheduled takedown. Once it has been located, open the campaign record.
  4. Select the Designs tab in the navigation bar on the left.
  5. This presents a list of the designs that have been added to the campaign.

  6. Enable the check boxes for the design or designs that must have takedowns scheduled.
  7. Click the button.
  8. Choose Schedule Take Down from the drop down menu.
  9. This presents a dialogue box.

  10. Enter a Take down date by clicking the date field and using the date selector. An optional note can also be entered.
  11. Click OK.
  12. To schedule additional take down dates for other designs in this campaign, repeat the process for those designs.
