Administrators have the capability to configure Booking Other Cost Types within BMS, which in turn activates Other Cost Types (also referred to as Additional Revenue) at the Booking Level. This configuration change results in the appearance of additional columns, providing chartists with the ability to add specific revenue amounts for individual faces.
Furthermore, chartists gain the capacity to bulk edit additional costs across multiple faces simultaneously. For more information, see Create the Booking Additional Revenue Types.
Tip: Use the button to edit the view.
All Additional Revenue amounts are shown, and calculated, in the Totals tab of Campaigns.
The Totals tab also categorizes Additional Revenue Types and calculates them in a clear manner.
Note: Additional revenues can be set at both the Campaign and Booking levels, and the tab accurately reflects these calculations.
For more information, see Campaign Totals Tab.
