- How to generate the PDF and what details are required.
- Review the parts of the PDF.
Note: Though the main task of Direct Sales, all other roles in the Guaranteed Campaigns module can create campaigns. See User Permissions.
Before you can generate a campaign PDF, you will need to do a few things:
-
Give your campaign a name. Without a name, you will be unable to generate the PDF.
-
If you want to create a PDF for an existing campaign, click the campaign name to edit it (see Edit a Guaranteed Campaign).
Next, we will generate the campaign PDF to review its parts.
To generate a PDF to send to our potential client, we will need to edit the campaign.
Note: Most of the information that appears on the campaign PDF comes from information you enter in the Campaign Builder.
