Increased Character Limits for Ad Unit Fields to 250
The maximum character limit for the following adunit fields has been increased to 250 characters to support seamless inventory syncing between the Broadsign Platform and Place Exchange:
- adunit.name
- asset.name
- venue.name
- venue.address
Import, download, and single adunit edit workflows in the Portal continue to work as expected with the updated limits.
Broadsign Platform Sync Inventory Notification Banner on Inventory Summary Page
Publishers with inventory synced from the Broadsign Platform will now see a banner on the Inventory Summary page indicating that some fields are managed through the platform. The banner includes an expandable section with a link to documentation detailing which fields remain editable in Place Exchange.
Domain-Specific Reports Moved to Their Respective Navigation Sections
The following reports have been relocated to navigation sections that align with their domain context, reducing clutter in the main Reports dropdown:
- Inventory Health > Inventory section
- Deal Monitoring > Campaigns section
- Campaign Troubleshooting > Campaigns section

Updated Portal Chat Experience with Contact Us Button
The portal chat experience has been updated. A new local "Contact Us" button is now displayed in the bottom-right corner of all portal pages. Clicking it opens a pre-addressed email to help@placeexchange.com.
