Email Notifications
Broadsign Direct can send email notifications to some users when events occur on your network.
You can receive the following email notifications by enabling the Enforce the submission of requests for holding inventory option in the Domain Settings.
The Proposal Hold Approval feature has been enabled and a Sales user has requested a hold on their proposal. The inventory charter for this campaign’s market will decide whether to accept the request.
By default, the right to approve or reject proposal hold requests is attributed to users with the Admin role.

- Owner of the Proposal
- Creator of the Proposal
- Contact email in the Email field of the Proposal Builder Client Information section, if the information has been filled out. You can enter multiple email addresses in the Email field, separated by the ";" character, and the email will be sent to all addresses.

The email is sent to the following users:
- Owner of the Proposal
- Creator of the Proposal
- Contact email in the Email field of the Proposal Builder Client Information section, if the information has been filled out. You can enter multiple email addresses in the Email field, separated by the ";" character, and the email will be sent to all addresses.

You can receive the following email notifications by enabling the Enable email notifications for held proposals option in the Domain Settings.
The proposal has been put on hold until a specific Date and Time. To make any changes to the hold, contact the inventory charter.
If the Make the contract ID field mandatory setting is enabled in the Domain Settings, the Contract
field will show the Contract ID. If it is not specified yet, the Contract ID will have the mention “Not Defined”. See Make the contract ID field mandatory.
The email is sent to the Owner of the Proposal. If the Owner is not assigned, then the Creator of the Proposal becomes the owner and receives the email.

The proposal will expire at this specific Date and Time. To make any changes to the hold, contact the inventory charter.
You can set a customizable time to alert that the proposal is about to expire in the Domain Settings. See Email Notification days before expiration.
If the Make the contract ID field mandatory setting is enabled in the Domain Settings, the Contract
field will show the Contract ID. If it is not specified yet, the Contract ID will have the mention “Not Defined”. See Make the contract ID field mandatory.
The email is sent to the Owner of the Proposal. If the Owner is not assigned, then the Creator of the Proposal becomes the owner and receives the email.
