Introduction to the Broadsign Platform
Broadsign Platform
Welcome to the evolution of the Broadsign Platform!
The Broadsign Platform makes it easier for media owners to manage, operate, and scale their Out-of-Home (OOH) business through a more unified suite of Broadsign solutions. This is the first of several changes we’ll unveil throughout 2023. This initial phase is about unity: bringing everything together to help facilitate campaign management efforts for media owners to optimize operations and ultimately increase revenue opportunities.
Some of the Platform highlights include:
- Sign in to one platform to access your suite of Broadsign products.
- Manage your guaranteed and non-guaranteed OOH campaigns.
- View your programmatic deals, transactions, and reporting.
- Plan an audience-based campaign with our new ad server.
- Manage your static campaigns on the Broadsign Platform.
All your Broadsign out-of-home tools are now available via our centralized web-based platform that connects all screens and users across all our products. Using a single sign-on password, you will access the Broadsign Platform home page and different modules, depending on your subscription plan. These modules will replace your access to Guaranteed Campaigns, Programmatic Campaigns, and Programmatic Campaigns Reporting.
Note: You no longer need to log in to each Broadsign product separately. Each module will redirect you to a Broadsign product.
Tip: The modules that are available to you depend on the products that your Organization has subscribed to and the permissions that have been assigned to your user.
As the Broadsign portfolio of OOH solutions has grown from a single product to more than a dozen products today, the integration of functionality and OOH assets like screens and signs needs to be re-thought. With the exponential growth of digital screens and programmatic transactions, the need to re-architect our user experience was clear. These changes will enable our clients to launch new products, and services and access programmatic revenue much more quickly and efficiently than ever before.
We’ve made selling any type of campaign easier by overhauling how inventory is managed on the Broadsign Platform.
- Offer various ways to sell your ad space, for example, the share of voice or impression campaign types.
- Automated optimization to maximize your ad space and make room for more incoming campaigns.
- Making it faster for media owners to adopt a programmatic strategy.
- Enabling a single notion of screen and audience across your entire network to eliminate duplicated workflows.
Media planners and/or campaign managers can plan audience-based campaigns using sophisticated targeting tools — such as age, location, weather and more — by using our new dynamic OOH ad server. Campaigns will then play in real-time, based on any conditions or moments attributed to the campaign.
Our ad server offers the following benefits.
- Campaign planning tool that enables the delivery of campaigns that are purely audience-based to round out the full Broadsign portfolio.
- Easily plan an audience-based campaign using highly sophisticated targeted tools.
- Solution based on the tried and trusted Broadsign DSP user interface.
- Equip your media teams with equally powerful sales tools as external buyers.
- Leverage robust demographic targeting with a known and trusted data partner (Native Touch).

- Real-time updates – Keep teams aligned with up-to-the-minute work order status and stock levels.
