July 2023 – Digital Inventory
- Automating average weekly impressions
- Average weekly impressions is a metric used in programmatic campaigns for forecasting. As we had all the audience information available to us, we automated the calculation of the average weekly impressions. and applied the calculated amount to the field in the inventory for that screen.
- This calculation is redone every time the audience schedule is updated using the following 4 weeks worth of audience data.
- This field can still be edited by the user using the inventory quick or bulk update.
- Programmatic Status Setting
- Users will now be able to manually set screens to Inactive or Active once a screen has been synced into Programmatic Campaigns. This will allow a greater level of control for publishers to see which screens can be used in programmatic deals.
- The user must ensure that the screen meets the requirements to be transactable.
- New Audience Scheduler Role
- Created a role to provide greater control to Admins to assign to their internal users. This role will allow users to create audience campaign proposals but not push them into production.
